Terms of Service

Welcome to MNM Computers. By visiting our website at mnmcomputers.com or by leaving your device with us for repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services Provided

MNM Computers provides electronic device repair services including, but not limited to, repair of iPhones, Android smartphones, MacBooks, laptops, desktop computers, iPads, tablets, and gaming consoles at our shop located at 7613 Greenback Lane, Citrus Heights, Sacramento, CA 95610.

2. Repair Authorization

By leaving your device with us, you authorize MNM Computers to:

  • Diagnose and assess the condition of your device
  • Perform the repair services discussed and agreed upon at drop-off
  • Use new, used, or refurbished parts at our technicians' discretion unless you specify otherwise
  • Contact you to discuss additional issues discovered during the repair process

Repairs beyond the initially agreed scope will not begin without your explicit approval.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Any repair estimates provided are for informational purposes and may change if additional issues are discovered during diagnosis. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding. Quoted prices include parts and labor unless otherwise specified. Final pricing is confirmed before repairs begin.

4. Data and Device Contents

Important: We strongly recommend backing up all data on your device before bringing it in for service. MNM Computers is not responsible for any loss of data, files, software, applications, or personal content stored on your device during the repair process. Some repairs may require a factory reset, which will erase all data.

  • You are responsible for removing any sensitive, confidential, or private information from your device prior to service.
  • MNM Computers will take reasonable precautions to protect your privacy and will not access your personal data except as necessary to perform the agreed repairs.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your device data.

5. Warranty

MNM Computers provides a 90-day limited warranty on parts and labor for most repairs, unless otherwise stated at the time of service. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts installed by us. It does not cover:

  • Physical damage, accidental damage, or liquid damage that occurs after repair
  • Issues unrelated to the original repair
  • Software issues, viruses, or malware introduced after repair
  • Devices that have been tampered with or repaired by another party after our service

6. Unclaimed Devices

Devices not picked up within 30 days of notification that the repair is complete will be considered abandoned. MNM Computers reserves the right to dispose of abandoned devices to recoup costs of parts and labor. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before taking any such action.

7. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the repair and before the device is returned. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Devices will not be released until payment is received in full. Any dispute regarding a charge must be raised within 7 days of pickup.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MNM Computers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific repair giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MNM Computers, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law; or (c) any false or misleading information you provided to us.

10. Website Use

The content on mnmcomputers.com — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of MNM Computers and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our express written consent. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website without notice.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for your convenience only. MNM Computers has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
